Project Description

A facility to accommodate 7,000 personnel for the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Burj Al Arab, Emirates Hotel and Wild Wadi Aqua Park in 25 three storey buildings located on a plot of 100,000 SQ.M. A dedicated Central Service Yard, an additional 600 CU.M/Day Sewerage Treatment Plant, over 1,600 T of Chilled Water HVAC system and 6No’s 1500 Kva transformers provided the services for the facility through an intricate network of below ground supply lines. Extensive sports facilities, soft landscaping and well planned walkways provide for an excellent dwelling environment.
